Money Transfer

CMT offers customers a choice of transfer options, depending on where the money is send to and from:

· CMT Cash - receiver collects cash from one of 23,000 CMT locations worldwide

· CMT Account - the money is credited to the receiver's bank account

· CMT Home Delivery - the money is delivered direct to the receiver's home

When sending money, you need a photo ID, the receiver’s details and the amount of money to be sent. The steps are the following: (1) Fill in a simple form detailing where to send your money and how much you want to send; (2) Hand over the form, photo ID (where applicable) and the amount you want to send, plus the transfer fee; (3) You get the CMT number and receipt; and (4) Communicate the CMT number to the receiver.

When receiving money, you need a photo ID and the CMT number.
